LOYALTY PAYS WITH BINGO DAY'S REWARDS PROGRAM

Join Bingo Day and you'll also be joining our fabulous Rewards Program. It’s very simple - the more you play, the more we'll pay!

This is how it works. Every time you buy a bingo ticket with your cash balance or play on the mini games or side games (accessed via the Side Games list on the bottom of your bingo screen), you start to earn Bingo Day Points at the rates shown in the table below. Your Points Rewards can then be exchanged for cash at a rate which improves with your Bingo Day VIP Level. The Bingo Day program works in all currencies, so if you have registered to deposit and cashout in UK £s, for example, your points will be exchanged for UK £s. For every 5 (five) units of currency you spend on bingo tickets, whether it’s UK pounds, US dollars, Euros or whatever your chosen currency is, you will earn one point. On the side games, every 50 units you spend will earn you one point.

To view and cash in your points, go to the Cashier and click on the 'Comps Points' tab.

Redeeming your Bingo Points To view your current Bingo Points, go to the Cashier from the game and click the Bingo Day tab at the bottom of the cashier window. The total Points you have accumulated will be shown as well as your current VIP Level and the number of points you need to get to the next VIP level. If you have any points which have not yet been redeemed for cash, the points available for exchange and their value will be displayed above a "Redeem" button. If you don't want to redeem all your Points, amend the amount shown and press the Redeem button. The cash value will be added to your account immediately. The minimum amount you can exchange is 20 Points.

Redeeming your Side Game Points To convert your Side Game Points to cash, go to the Cashier from the game and click the Side Games Bingo Day tab. The window will show how many Side Game Points you can redeem and your redemption rate. Just click the "Convert to Real Money" button and the cash value of your Side Game Points will be added to your account immediately.

The conversion rate for your Points depends on your VIP level and is shown in the table below.

The Bingo Day VIP Program Your Bingo and Side Game Points are worth a lot more than their cash value. As you accumulate Points, these will be used to calculate your Bingo Day VIP level and as your VIP level increases, you will receive more benefits - for example, improved exchange rate for your Bingo Points. The table below shows how many Points you need to reach each Bingo Day VIP level and the exchange rates that apply. The points shown in the VIP program only reflect your bingo play, but VIP levels will be adjusted to take into account your play on side games too. Please note that Bingo Day reserves the right to change a player's level regardless of points achieved.
