Bananas baked on Rosemary Skewers

Ingredients:

• 2 or 4 bananas, peeled


• 2 rosemary stalks


• 50g/2oz honey


• a splash of white wine


• 25g/1oz brown sugar


• double cream for serving

Preparations:

1. Thread the rosemary stalks through the centre and along the length of the bananas. Place the bananas in a gratin dish.

2. Drizzle the honey & wine over the bananas & sprinkle over the brown sugar bake for 10-12 minutes. Drizzle some cream over them and enjoy!
