PLEASE NOTE:
- The First Deposit Bonus is limited to one bonus per new player. Existing account holders are not eligible.
- Deposit bonuses are paid into your Bonus Balance, but have to be redeemed by purchasing bingo cards or playing the in-game Slots or Scratch Cards with your cash balance.
- Funds which are re-deposited into your account following reversal of a withdrawal do not qualify for a deposit bonus.
- Bonus money cannot be cashed out and remains the property of Bingo Day.
- In order for the withdrawal to be processed, players must be depositors.
- To be eligible to win and or withdraw jackpots of more than £200, player must be a depositor.
- To be eligible to play chat games/special tournaments/promotions player must be a depositor.
- Cash in a player's account is always used before bonus money.
- Any bonus money in a player's account is removed when a withdrawal is made.
- Deposits made while a withdrawal is pending will not attract any deposit bonus.
Receiving bonuses from Chat Games
Bonuses that you earn in the Chat Room will be paid into your Bonus Balance and can be used immediately. You can only qualify for Chat Bonuses if you are playing in the current bingo game and you are actively in chat. Players, who have not deposited, will not be entitled to receive Chat Bonuses. To be eligible to play chat games, specials tournaments and promotions a player must be a depositor.
£200 Signup Bonus Bingo Day gives all new players a Signup Bonus to enable them to try the games before making a purchase. These bonuses are subject to the following rules:
- Players cannot withdraw any money from Bingo Day unless they have made a successful deposit into their Bingo Day account.
- Non depositors who want to withdraw must spend a minimum of 10 times the Signup
- Bonus amount and must make a successful deposit of at least £20 before the withdrawal can be approved.
- To be eligible to win and or withdraw jackpots of more than £200, player must be a depositor.

How it Works
1. Chat Game bonuses are deposited directly into your Bonus Balance for immediate use and can be used to buy Bingo cards in order to participate in Bingo games. The cash in your Balance is used before the cash in your Bonus Balance.
2. What does it mean to “Redeem a Bonus?”
Bonuses are redeemed through the purchase of Bingo cards or by playing Slots or Scratch Card side games. By purchasing Bingo cards or playing those selected side games, the bonus money is redeemed at the rate of 50% of the wager. (i.e., the more you play, the faster your bonus is redeemed.)
Example: When you purchase £2.00 from your cash balance worth of Bingo cards, Slots or Scratchers, £1 of any unredeemed bonus money will be redeemed.
3. Bonus money cannot be cashed out and remains the property of Bingo Day will be removed. A detailed breakdown of the funds in your Bonus Balance can be seen by moving the cursor over the Bonus Balance in the game.
Bonus FAQs
Why can't I purchase any cards when I have money in my Bonus Balance?
Once you have used both your cash balance and all of your Playable Bonus Funds, you will then need to deposit in order to buy cards. Funds remaining in your Bonus Balance, have not yet been redeemed. If you hover the mouse cursor over the Bonus Balance display in the game, a pop-up will explain how much of your bonus balance is playable and how much is waiting to be redeemed by the purchase of cards or by play on the slots/scratchers. In order to redeem more funds into your Bonus Balance, you'll have to deposit so that you can purchase additional cards or play more games on the in-game Slots/Scratchers. Every £1 you spend on Bingo cards, Scratchers or Slots releases £0.50 from your Non-Playable Bonus into your Playable Bonus.
Why can’t I play slots even though there is money in my bonus balance?
The slot games accessed via the "More Games" button can only be played for cash.
Why are my winnings on the in-game slots and scratch cards paid in bonus money?
When you use cash to play the in-game slots and scratch cards, your winnings will be paid in Cash. But if you use bonus money to play on these games, the winnings will be paid in playable bonus money.
Bonus money can be used only to buy Bingo cards and/or to play the slots and scratch card games as listed. The bonus money cannot be applied towards slots and video poker games that are accessed by clicking on the button labeled “More Games.” Wagers on the games restricted from bonus eligibility also do not count towards redeeming bonus money.
Periodic review of any transaction records for any reason is at the sole discretion of Bingo Day and Bingo Day reserves the right for such reviews. Should Bingo Day review an account where a player or players are participating in tactics deemed for whatever reason to be abusive, Bingo Day reserves the right to cancel the right of that player with regards to receiving the benefits of that given promotion. All decisions made by Bingo Day are final should an incident become disputed. Changing any of the terms and conditions of any of the discussed offers remains at the sole discretion of Bingo Day and Bingo Day reserves the right to change said terms and conditions at its discretion.
